About the Role
The Company is going through a phase of expansion in our operations, both nationally and internationally and we are seeking motivated individuals for the position of a Geophysical Wireline Operator to join our team in Western Australia.
You will have a high work ethic and preferably mining/FIFO industry experience in taking the Company forward into the future. The role of a Geophysical Wireline Operator is responsible for running our wireline logging units and recording data from a range of Geophysical wireline tools and directional drillhole surveying equipment.
Skills & Experience
You will be working amongst the industry’s leading performers in wireline logging. You will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a team and preferably have past experience in a similar role and/or industry to demonstrate your ability to apply yourself to this position. If you have no previous experience in this industry, you will be provided with first class training and mentoring along with a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will possess a minimum of Year 12, preferably previous mining experience or trade experience, strong computer skills, problem solving capabilities and a sound mechanical aptitude.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Unrestricted Manual Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical,
- Including a drug and alcohol screen
- WA Radiation Licence (desirable)
- Applied First Aid Certificate
